This page gives details of all our social / non-sailing activities during the year, to supplement the equally social (but slightly more serious) business of sailing.
On Sundays during the Spring and Summer Series, afternoon tea and cakes are served between races. Members are invited to volunteer for catering duties for one or two days each year.
A well stocked licenced bar is also available on race days and for social events and parties. Opening time on Sundays coincides with lunch break, after 12:00 noon.
Various events are scheduled throughout the year, such as a Champagne Party, Open Day, Family BBQ & Games, Quiz Nite & Bite, and Laying-up Supper. For dates and details see the Events page.
The club facilities can be made available to Members for Private functions, providing these do not clash with or disrupt normal activities. Please contact the Commodore, or a member of the Executive Committee for further details.
